I live on the Eastside of Seattle. It’s a very competitive real estate market here. I have enough to buy my wife and I our forever home but it’s unclear right now whether we will be having kids (medical reasons). What gives me pause is that the market is at an all time high right now and the real estate prices here have nearly quadrupled in the last 10 yrs.
